What is your lead time?

The timeline for our metal manufacturing services varies depending on the quantity, complexity, and size of the parts. However, we typically aim to produce and dispatch within 1 business day for simple parts.

Is there a minimum order?

No! We will offer our laser cutting services for one-off parts, but our pricing starts at £20 for single cuts.

I don't have a CAD/digital drawing?

Not to worry, we can work with paper drawings, photos, or spec sheets if required. For simple one-part designs, our drawing fee typically starts from £2.

What file type do I send?

If you already have a drawing, for a fast quote on our laser cutting services, we request both a DXF file of the part(s) and PDF document(s) containing the relevant specifications and requirements.

Do you offer forming, welding, and/or assembly services?

Currently we only offer the cutting service in-house but for large production runs we have local contacts who can facilitate this. Please contact for more details or enquiries.

Do you offer powder coating/painting

Yes we have a powder coating facility for parts up to 400mm x 400mm in house. Larger powder coating jobs and painting can be arranged on request with our local contacts.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, but any import taxes to other countries are the buyer's responsibility. 

Do you engrave?

No, we do not offer any detailed engraving services, but we can etch part numbers/assembly references for production batches.
