What is your lead time?
This varies depending on quantity, complexity, and the size of the parts. But typically for small jobs we aim for dispatch within 1 business day.
Is there a minimum order?
No! We will produce one off parts, but our minimum quote starts as £30 for one off parts.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes we will, but any import taxes to other countries are the buyer's responsibility
I don't have a CAD/digital drawing?
Not to worry, we offer a design service and can work with paper drawings/photos/spec sheets if required. For simple one parts this typically starts from £5.
Do you engrave?
No, we do not offer any engraving services, but we can etch the parts with references/text on request.
What file type do I send?
If you already have a drawing, for a fast quote we request both a DXF file of the part(s) and PDF document(s) containing the relevant specifications and requirements.
Do you offer forming, welding and/or assembly services?
We provide some services in house depending on what is required, and we additionally have dedicated contacts locally for when we cannot facilitate a certain jobs needs from start to finish. Please get in touch if you require these additional processes.
